That username and password didn't work

A few things to check before trying again:

• Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Type them exactly as they appear in your welcome email.
• On a phone or tablet, the keyboard may capitalize the first letter automatically. Make sure it didn't.
• If you copied and pasted, make sure no extra space came along at the end.
• Your browser may be filling in an old saved password. Clear the box and type it fresh.
